The Gulf Superyacht Summit 2025 has been planned as the Gulf’s biggest gathering for the yachting industry this winter. Scheduled for 4th and 5th December 2025, the seventh edition of the event will take place at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.
Yacht owners, shipyard heads, marine developers and designers, and regulators will come together in this two-day event to discuss how to position the Gulf as the global winter superyacht destination.
The Region is Poised for the New Phase of Growth
The yachting market is undergoing a revolution in the Gulf. It is no longer a fringe stopover for large yachts. Dubai’s marina landscape is expanding. Abu Dhabi is attracting attention by hosting Formula 1. The UAE is also a perfect gateway hub to countries like the Maldives, Seychelles, Indonesia, and Thailand.
The Gulf Superyacht Summit 2025 will open with the presentation of the Gulf Superyacht Report 2025/2026, which will include the latest market data, infrastructure updates, policy changes, and development pipelines across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and the Red Sea corridor.
Industry leaders from P&O Marinas, Gulf Craft, Red Sea Global, AD Ports, Al Seer Marine, and several regional shipyards will participate in the sessions. They will focus on the progress of the marine industry in the region, the challenges in operating larger winter fleets, and how to establish the Gulf as the winter hub for superyachts.

The Road Ahead to be Decided
The Gulf Summit will take a deep look at how to support the Gulf’s shipyards and service companies to equip them to handle a larger volume of refit and technical work during the peak winter season. Leaders from yacht builders, marine service providers, and marina hospitality giants (like Autore, Blue Gulf Group, and Dubai Golf) will discuss the capabilities and gaps of the region’s marine landscape.
Technology will be a major theme this year. The discussions will cover how modular nuclear propulsion could influence future superyacht autonomy and environmental performance, as well as how AI is reshaping design, navigation, predictive maintenance, and client experience in this sector.
The industry leaders will also come up with a long-term strategy to attract more yacht owners to the Gulf, build viable cruising itineraries from the Red Sea to the Arabian Gulf, and refine regulatory frameworks to promote the year-round yachting economy.
The event is all set to prepare the Gulf as the world’s preferred winter superyacht hub.
